Beautiful pics of Helene Fischer and Claudia Wells feet & legs
People who love low-quality pop beef may be titillated by the possibility of Katy Perry pipping Taylor Swift in the race to be Forbess most-respected female musician for the year 2018. But the real excitement is in the Forbes top 10 list, in which a potential challenger might be located. At No 8 just below Rihanna and just ahead of Celine Dion and Britney Spears is Helene Fischer. Who? There is one thing that's certain, a German-Russian super-star who shuts her mouth in order to maintain the look of a normal woman. The butter she loves is a must, but in interviews, she only discovers that her husband is the German broadcaster who has her face tattooed onto his arms. Fischer 34 has a unique sound, which is often described as biographical. It's a sort of bierhalle oompah which takes on alcohol-loving women, the Bundesrepublik and many other issues. Fischer embodies its foil: the faithful woman whose heart swells and breath ceases whenever she imagines her loving husband playing the female vulnerability in order to stimulate his protection instincts. Schlager was born to its classic themes as the antidote to the licentious western pop which swept into Germany after the war. This is due to the popularity it has with baby boomers, as well as beyond. Fischer hosts a Schlager Christmas TV Special every year. The show is an all-star program that competes with Channel 4's Club X. In its down-home sensibilities Schlager is the music of country's spiritual twin and Fischer has re-launched it with an aggressive synth-pop update like she was a German Taylor Swift. Swifts pop-evolution made Swift cool. But it's hard to say how little the critics love Fischers flat out terrible music.
