Bonnie Schneider works as a journalist for CNN. Her television show"LAST HOUSE REmaining" on DIY NETWORK began airing on March 30, 2012. In addition, she is on camera meteorologist, and co-executive director. Her debut book, EXTREME WEEKEND was published by Palgrave Macmillan in January 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston she also offered the entertainment and lifestyle reports as an assignment reporter for three days a week. Prior to joining WB56 she was the weekend meteorologist for WFOR-TV in Miami. She held various posts in meteorology and reporting in News 12 Long Island - an all-day news cable channel as well as WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate station in Winston-Salem. Her other job was as a fill-in on occasion for The Saturday Early Show in New York City for CBS.
