Alicia Silverstone is an American actor best known for her performance in the film Clueless. Her acting career began early and was later an teen sensation and idol. After appearing in an Aerosmith video as an angry, flirty teenage girl, she was thought of as one of Hollywood's prettiest actors. She signed a multimillion-dollar contract with Columbia TriStar in the wake of her stunning performance in Clueless and set up her production company. She never found much success following its Clueless film, however the role she played in the film as Batgirl was highly praised by the critics. She was a host of characters in different films, including Beauty Shop, Stormbreaker and Excess Baggage. Alongside her acting career in film her appearance on the TV show Miss Match as a matchmaker.
